To create natural scents for the bath or shower

Some people may take a long luxurious baths. Others can not wake up without a shower in the morning. What ever your choice of loves, in the form of a hydrotherapy tub or shower, there is something almost everyone. There is nothing better than waking up in the morning of a hot shower. And there's no better way to relax the body and calm the mind in a sleep laboratory for a bath before bedtime. It lowers the temperature of our body and prepares us for sleep,of the course.

If I want to relax, I take a bath with these bath salts. I've done since the 70s when I sold craft fairs. Now I'm doing for my pleasure. They are so easy to do and leaves the skin soft and silky. Children love the color of dirty water and not so irritating bath products business children "can be.

Ingredients:

2 cups of sea salt, kosher salt or rock salt

20 drops essentialOil

Scented Shower Gel

Ingredients:

1 cup water

1 ½ cup liquid soap glycerin, fragrance (Dr. Bronner's or applications from any brand)

Table 2 tablespoons finely ground sea salt

Natural food coloring (optional)

Add the liquidSoap and water. No water to wash, because you have a kitchen full of foam. With salt and coloring, if desired. If it separates, stir before using.

Variations: Use odorless liquid soap, add about 20 drops of essential oil. Or add a stick of cinnamon, one teaspoon of extract of ginger, nutmeg, vanilla, coconut or chocolate. Store in a bottle of shampoo.

Soothing milk and honey bath only

Ingredients:

2 cups milk powderPowder (I use organic)

Tablespoon honey 2 tablespoons dry powder (I use the brand as sweet as honey)

2 cups finely processed oats (I mean food processor)

12-20 drops of essential oil (I use half and half of lavender pink)

Mix milk powder and honey in a saucepan. I use a whip. Add the essential oil, mix well and in a plastic bag or airtight glass. The powder absorbs the oil for at least 24 hours. ½ cup under the tap whileRun your bathroom. This is a good additive to bath the children, even if I leave out the essential oil for children under 2, where the irritant.
