Low in fat and sugar-free apple and cinnamon muffins

1 large egg
1 / 2 cup low-fat milk
3 C. Soup. Canola oil
1 / 2 cup natural yoghurt
1 / 3 cup sugar, one-to-one as a substitute Splenda ®
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
½ c. Teaspoon cinnamon
1 / 4 cup milk powder
4 c. Tea. Yeast
1 1 / 2 c. Tea. Baking powder
1 / 2 c. Tea. Salt
1 1 / 2 cups diced apples
2 tablespoons of broth. brown sugar, cane sugar, or washed

In a large bowl,beat eggs, milk, oil, yogurt and sugar substitute together. Now the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl to be. Now pour all the dry ingredients to egg mixture. Stir or fold until the ingredients are just mixed, but be careful not to overmix. Stir in apples and you're ready to do it.

Fill batter into muffin cups, or in a pan sprayed or greased. Youfill two-thirds. If you sprinkle a muffin top coated with sugar, sugar cane, which is washed or brown sugar on top of each muffin. If you keep completely without sugar, this is not sugar cane.

In a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until muffin tops are golden and toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool muffins in pan on a cooking grill 5 to 10 minutes, andthen remove muffins from pan. If you are not going to serve immediately put them in an airtight container, so moist. This recipe should be about 12 muffins.
