Protein Shake Recipes

PB & J Protein Shake (great diet shake! Virtually no carbs)

2 scoops of whey protein (neutral or vanilla)

Milk Powder

8-12 liters of water (add 1% milk, if you want some 'of fluid consistency)

1 teaspoon of soup. Natural (smooth) peanut butter

1 teaspoon of soup. Linseed oil or flax flour

1 Tbsp. No Sugar Strawberry Jam

All the ingredients at high speed for 45 seconds to a minute

Add ice to taste if you prefer more volume or cold water.

Fruitycarbohydrate protein shake - (pre or post-workout)

1 banana (cut into pieces and frozen)

4-6 whole strawberries (the package of frozen berries)

1 / 2 cup of yogurt (or more calories than cream Brown Cow)

1 cup orange juice or pineapple juice

2 scoops of whey protein - (MRP package or for more carbohydrates and nutrients)

** Creatine or Glutamine for pre-or post-workout preferences

30grams carbs - 120 grams of carbohydrates - your choice. Use the higher fat-free yogurtor less fat, carbohydrates and use MRP or low protein content. Mix all ingredients together until smooth or privileged. Add creatine or Glutamine for power-packed pre-or post-workout shake

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup (Pro Shake Dieter)

2 scoops of whey protein powder chocolate

2 tablespoons of tablespoons of whipped cream (cream, no cream in the jar)

1 teaspoon of soup. Peanut butter

12 ounces of water

1 teaspoon of soup. Flax Meal

4-6 ice cubes

Stir untilShake is thick. Flax seed meal is the consistency of peanut butter cup. The cream makes it taste creamy. Add the peanut butter for intense flavor. This is a great low-carb shake to get the sugar and crap when to start weaning a diet!

Lean Mass Banana Split Shake (less than 25 grams of carbohydrate)

1 / 2 frozen banana

1 Tbsp. Banana extract (or vanilla extract, if you're not crazy about bananas)

2 tablespoons of broth. Whipped cream (cream, no creamone box)

2 scoops of chocolate (no carbohydrates), protein whey

10-12 ml of water

4-6 ice cubes

Stir until the desired consistency. A great builder of muscle mass. Not carbohydrates, but certainly a low-carb drink ideal for those who continue to try, or slowly lose body fat.

Tropical Pina Colada Protein Shake (for the construction of system of lean body mass, or out of season)

2-3 tablespoons of whey protein low-carb vanilla (or vanilla MRP w / carbs for more CAL)

4 ounces of water

1 / 3 cup of pineapple Chunks (tinned meat in water or fresh) - freeze to the consistency of the ice

The coconut milk or coconut extract (again able to extract more from cal or low fat)

1 / 2 cup milk 2% + 2.1 Drinking pineapple cup low in carbohydrates (such as diet V-tropical 8)

4-6 ice cubes

Stir until the desired consistency. Use of protein low in carbohydrates and coconut extract

Root Beer Float (low-carb treat)

12 oz Root Beer is food (such as A & W for the foam, but you may or dad

1 / 2 to 1 cup chopped mango frozen mango or fresh-cut natural

Vanilla yogurt 1 cup of Brown Cow Top

1 tablespoon of flaxseed teaspoon

6-8 liters of water

** The ice cubes, if it is fresh mango

Awesome mix! Mix all ingredients and in accordance with the right amount of fruit flavor. A nice post-season or pre-race diet shake(Use up to 6 weeks)

Dreamsicle Shake (moderate to high carb shake)

2-3 scoops of vanilla protein powder or vanilla MRP shake packet

Seeds from one half-length of real vanilla bean

1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract (real, not imitation)

4 ounces of water

6 ounces of orange juice + zest of half an orange (peel first pressing orange jersey)

3 C. EL whipped cream (whipped cream, no box)

Vanilla yogurt 1 / 2 cup (or vanilla frozenYogurt)

Ice at the end to the desired consistency

This is a great tasting shake! So much vanilla and orange peel that you drink more and more! Add more or less liquid protein or leisure / vanilla bean to your preference.

Chocolate Mint Grasshopper (low carb / lean mass gainer Shake)

2 tablespoons of whey powder with chocolate or chocolate MRP (based on carbohydrate)

8 ounces of water

3 C. Soup. Whipped cream (cream, nopossible)

3-6 drops of mint extract, mint or pure

4-6 ice cubes

All the ingredients add 4 ounces of milk or yogurt to taste 2%, if the above is the smooth consistency is not enough or not enough volume.

Holiday Pumpkin Spice Shake (Low Carb Diet Shake /)

2 scoops of whey protein vanilla or the protein level

8 ounces of water

1 teaspoon of soup. Linseed oil

1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Tbsp. Splenda Brown Sugar

8 ounces yogurt

4-6 ice cubes

** Add 1 / 4 milk pumpkinPack more flavor and color of pumpkin orange real

This is a very seasonal shocks. You can also mix cooked potatoes, pumpkin if you are not in a box.
